The 3air project entered this partnership with Katana Inu to leverage the progress the project has made in advancing the NFT space through gamification and incentivization through innovative DeFi solutions. This partnership offers our respective projects new opportunities to reach new audiences and progress our common vision for the blockchain space.
Katana Inu promotes gaming innovation by efficiently merging two revolutionary technologies — gaming and blockchain. It provides an ecosystem for gamers and traders, powered by DeFi and NFT, to earn from their playtime and engagement. The project is developing a unique Play-to-Earn battle royale PC game with NFT mechanics. The game comes with rare NFT skins and high graphics to entertain players and motivate the migration from the blockchain, NFT space traditional PC games. Katana Inu comes with its native cross-chain NFT marketplace, which is open to Katana Inu players, regular art dealers, and gamers from other NFT projects.
Our collaboration with Katana Inu will allow us to present the novel opportunities of NFT gamification to developing economies using wireless broadband, tokenized connectivity, and blockchain-based financial solutions.
The 3air ecosystem bridges the gap for unconnected users to join the global blockchain community. It allows users to buy Internet subscriptions that grant them a Connectivity NFT that can be shared, transferred, and used at any 3air-compatible location to access high-speed internet. Once connected, 3air’s blockchain platform offers users access to the world of blockchain and DeFi. Users can own unique digital identities, create wallets, access micro-loans and participate in revenue-generating activities.
Some of the notable features of the 3air ecosystem include:
- Connectivity NFTs — 3air provides reliable, trust-minimized connectivity through NFTs that hold all the properties of the internet subscription and its usage rights. This use case of NFTs skips the need for lengthy contracts and makes internet usage accessible, transparent and transferable.
- High-speed broadband Internet — K3 Telecom’s Last Mile solution is the backbone of 3air’s connectivity service. It delivers high-speed broadband internet with up to 1GBPS, TV entertainment and IP Telephony. With a 50 km range per K3 tower, entire cities can be connected with only a few towers without digging cables and laying infrastructure underground.
- Broadband Mesh Network — Using a decentralized network of access point operators (nodes), the reach of 3air’s network is increased through its ecosystem participants. Access Point Operators are rewarded for extending and maintaining a stable and secure network for users.
- Easy to use — Onboarding new users onto the network is simple, with on-the-ground locations and cash on-ramp and off-ramp solutions for simple transitions into the ecosystem.
