Introduction:

Anita Mlakar: 00:23

Hello everybody and welcome to 3air’s AMA. We are back again, it is Wednesday, 5 o’clock Central European Time and we are happy to be here with you because this is a special AMA because a special event is coming up and we will be talking about that today.

Anita Mlakar: 00:43

Anita Mlakar is my name. I’m the host of this AMA and I am really happy to have you here. Do not forget this is your opportunity to ask questions, do write them down in the comment section. And of course, today you will get some answers. But before we do that, I would like to invite you, of course to subscribe to our YouTube channel if you’re not subscribed yet. So that you will know whenever we are going live. I would like to invite you to be a part of our channels on Discord, on Twitter and on Telegram, you are welcome to join us there because there is a nonstop conversation going on, there are questions being answered and so on and so on. And you are welcome of course, to join us and to find out what we are doing at 3air, and this is what I will tell you a little bit about right now.

Anita Mlakar: 01:36

So, we are here for a long time to provide real services to the people. And we will be here for the years to come, and everyone join us in this journey will be proud of being a part of this change, we are really trying hard here to make a change. And our project is focused on wide range of digital services and internet to our perspective users in Africa. So, we are trying to connect the unconnected, to bank the unbanked and we are actually connecting people of Africa to internet. We are doing that with two technologies K3 Last Mile Solution and 3air internet. So, after that you will get digital identity from us, we will create digital bank account giving you a wallet.

Anita Mlakar: 02:24

The next step is providing financial services. We do have outside partners, and they will provide additional digital revenue streams and so on and so on. And in the meantime, all this time we’re educating people and that is the real empowerment. So, once we put you through all these steps you will be connected, you will be banked, and you will be empowered. We are really happy to be together with you on this journey. And that is why I would also like to invite in and say hello to members of our team. Let’s start with the CEO of 3air Sandi Bitenc.

3air Team Joins the AMA:

Anita Mlakar: 03:02

Hello, Sandi.

Sandi Bitenc: 03:04

Hello! Hi. Hi everyone. Hi, Anita. How are you?

Anita Mlakar: 03:07

Hello working people.

Sandi Bitenc: 03:12

This time we are working people, really.

Anita Mlakar: 03:16

Yes. Let’s invite Ruba Aramouny, the head of marketing in.

Anita Mlakar: 03:21

Hello Ruba.

Ruba Aramouny: 03:22

Hello everyone.

Anita Mlakar: 03:25

And of course, we have our Rok also here Rok Mihailović Krpan, the Head of Development.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 03:32

Hello.

Anita Mlakar: 03:32

Hello rock. Please tell me are we good in all the connections today? Are we good seen and heard.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 03:42

Yeah.

Anita Mlakar: 03:43

Yeah, that’s good.

Ruba Aramouny: 03:45

Now, no complaints.

Sandi Bitenc: 03:47

It broken up between, but I think it’s more or less my computer this time.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 03:54

To me it was perfect.

How are launch preparations going?

Anita Mlakar: 03:57

Okay, I’m scared all the time but I’m glad that we’re live, that we’re good. And dear guys do tell me how are you today? We have a very special day tomorrow. We were talking about it for so long. The launch is coming up and I know that every day is a working day, but this day is the day before, so how are you?

Ruba Aramouny: 04:23

I’ve been telling everyone if we thought that the past months and weeks, we were busy. I was busy, like this week is busy, crazy but yeah, very excited at the same time.

Anita Mlakar: 04:40

Okay, what is going on?

Sandi Bitenc: 04:43

I’m actually on my 5th AMA, this one today. I’m actually right now in two AMAs at the same time and in between I have few calls with the exchanges and markers, and I still have a lot of stuff to do. Today is busy, thankfully that Rok is taking care of all the technical stuff. So, the launch should be secure. We’re just putting more or less the work into, having some final agreements and talks with exchanges about how the marketing and add-ons that need to be transferred there and so on. So, this is usually done at the last moment, talking about the last market conditions and how to structure the launch and so on. So did this more or less days’ work.

Anita Mlakar: 05:48

Okay, Sandi, so if I understand correctly, we are sharing you right now with someone else. You are not only with us, right?

Sandi Bitenc: 05:58

Yeah, I am right now on the AMA and on Telegram with Satoshi Club. They have, like 108,000 members, and I’m there for two hours already answering questions.

Anita Mlakar: 06:15

Okay, so you’re multitasking, which is not usual for men. I’m just saying. You’re doing it good. You’re good at it. Okay, Rok let’s just hear a couple of words from you.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 06:30

Yes. So like Sandi said it’s a busy week and also Ruba. If we count this as working, then everything else was sleeping until now. So, like we have everything, I can actually say that we have everything ready from last for launch from our side. Sandi doesn’t even know because we did it like hour or two before. So, we didn’t even tell him yet. That we have everything on chain like we have staking contract on chain. We have chain link keepers enabled to actually, when the first staking distribution happens, they will automatically do it. We have token protection in place that we talked about before. So, like we have website ready. We have servers ready. We have system for collecting the price and like making the fancy charts for the 3air price ready. What else is ready… From the technical side, we’re actually ready for launch and it’s actually more than two hours before. So, I’m happy.

Sandi Bitenc: 08:00

Yeah. The last things were done right now, but there were a lot of things that we’ve done already just up front. But yeah, I really don’t know exactly what was deployed now finally. I think there was also a swap deployed, right? Or at least ready.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 08:21

Yeah, we also implemented the swap on our website. We have everything on the website, we didn’t enable back to it or the manual link so users cant’ go to it yet. We won’t enable the until tomorrow. But yeah, you can actually directly swap from our like app page, you can go onto one tab and claim your tokens and go to the second tab and swap them and buy more of them or things like this so.

Sandi Bitenc: 08:54

We disabled actually swapping from our token to some USDT or anything like that just… joking. But I don’t think if you got that one, but we’ll allow you to swap out of our token if you really want, it’s not good idea.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 09:18

It depends on direction, you can only buy 3air you can’t sell. It’s only buy, it doesn’t work the other way around.

Sandi Bitenc: 09:33

Okay, let’s not scare everyone away but it is really a bad idea to sell 3air tokens.

Anita Mlakar: 09:53

Okay. Now we heard you that is important.

Ruba Aramouny: 09:56

I think we’re gonna add this here.

Sandi Bitenc: 09:59

This was a joke.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 10:03

It’s better to put it there than in the script.

Anita Mlakar: 10:09

It is a very busy day, and a very important day and important things are happening, but you are so in a good mood. And just ready to make some jokes, and you’re ready with everything like Rok said, it’s really nice to see you that way. I know that it’s a lot of tension and everything but guys, you deserve a medal. You do.

Sandi Bitenc: 10:33

Thank you. You too, you’re also a part of it.

Ruba Aramouny: 10:35

You too.

Anita Mlakar: 10:36

Yes, I do too. But you know, you’re still in this really hard and I’m proud of you. I just wanted to say that out loud. Okay. I’m proud of all of us, the whole team and really looking forward, tomorrow is the day. But right now, we have to do this AMA till the end. And of course, you have the opportunity, everybody who’s with us to ask questions because Ruba, Rok and Sandi are here to answer them. And we have a special guests coming up. And I’m really looking forward to that. So, what do you say if we invite him in? Are you ready?

Ruba Aramouny: 11:12

Let’s do it.

Sandi Bitenc: 11:14

Let’s do it.

Anita Mlakar: 11:15

So first, I will do the announcement. We have a special guest today Michał Domarecki or Michał Domarecki, whatever. He says we can call him Michael or Michał. And he’s a co-founder of Synapse Network. And I’m really, really happy to have him here today.

Michał Domarecki, Co-founder of Synapse Network Joins the AMA:

Anita Mlakar: 11:36

Hello, Michał.

Michał Domarecki: 11:36

Hello, everybody.

Anita Mlakar: 11:38

Hello, are you in the good mood too?

Michał Domarecki: 11:42

Yes, I am. The best day for you, I guess, or the best day gonna be tomorrow, hopefully. Looks like that. Seems like you’re prepared with everything. So, it’s time to start it.

Sandi Bitenc: 11:57

Yeah.

Anita Mlakar: 11:57

Thank you.

Sandi Bitenc: 11:58

I think we are, yes, thanks.

Michał Domarecki: 12:02

The fun will start tomorrow, with the last seconds coming before the listing, when you will check 100 or 200 times again, if everything is correct, and correct and correct. We’ve been there, we know that. So, it’s gonna be fun.

Sandi Bitenc: 12:21

Yeah, thanks for joining in, I really like your background, you need to show me how to get that background.

Michał Domarecki: 12:28

Okay. I have some connection issues, I just make it stop to make sure everything gonna work correctly.

Anita Mlakar: 12:42

That is why we are happy to have you here because you have so many experience and you can share that with us in every aspect. Thank you. Let me just tell everybody, a couple of words about you. So, like I said, you are a co-founder of Synapse Network. And you have been running your own businesses for more than 15 years. Multi-entrepreneur and investor and you found it and run several successful businesses internationally, still doing that. And I read an interview that you had recently, I think it was this summer. And I read that you started your own first business at 20 years, when you were 20 years. So, I did try something too, I have to tell you, but I think that the difference is that I did not succeed that time. And then I decided that the better way is to be an employee somewhere and later on I was encouraged to have my own business. So please do tell us Michał, how it how it started and what are you doing on your way?

Michał Domarecki: 13:51

Well, so as you said, my very first job was as an employee, but I think I was looking for something more, it was like not enough I was trying to build something by myself. So, there was couple of companies I started with the last one Synapse Network as we are here with you. So, following that, it’s already six years in blockchain industry, more likely as a private investor before trying to build and invest into many startups. So, I started to build my own way to do due diligence on the companies and try to help them. So, two years ago, two and a half years ago, I actually started to build our community, my own community that was directed into new projects, new investments and things like that. And that’s actually where I meet other co-founder of Synapse Network, we started to speak about what we can do for projects, we already trying to work with and that’s how we get into the Synapse Network.

What Synapse Network do?

Anita Mlakar: 15:21

That’s interesting. Could you tell us more about what does actually Synapse Network do? Why did you create it, you said it but what are you doing?

Michał Domarecki: 15:33

So, my own way to do it was to start a venture capital but not just a venture capital. The venture capital that will be able to help other companies to incubate them, to keep them finding partners or other VCs or other projects that they can cooperate with to get into the business to start what they want to do in the blockchain industry. So, as I said, already, one of the members of my community just start to speak with me about what else we can do. And we combined our visions to meet the expectations on the market to find the best way to help projects. And basically, that’s how we founded the Synapse Network.

Anita Mlakar: 16:31

Wow, now at Synapse, you’re not just launch pads.

Michał Domarecki: 16:37

No.

Anita Mlakar: 16:37

You actually develop features to make applications simpler too, is this something you see in the future of blockchains.

Michał Domarecki: 16:45

Yes. So basically, one of the things, we’re doing is to help with Blockchain, let’s call it IT problems, as we know that a lot of projects looking for smart contract developers or help with certain things every single project have to do vesting for their token, the token itself, staking and similar things. So, we are trying to take this part of the job from them, to make sure that they are focusing on the core of their business. Not all the things that everybody have to do.

Why Michal believes in 3air?

Anita Mlakar: 17:30

Wow, great. Now, we do have also a big announcement, and we are happy to have this announcement Michał that you are also a 3air’s blockchain advisor. So, we’re happy to have you on board as an advisor. So, let’s talk a little bit about 3air. Why do you believe in this project?

Michał Domarecki: 17:51

Well, first of all, what is different than most of the projects you already have working product. It’s not only the dream that you selling to people, you already have a working product, you already giving an internet connection to people in Africa, as far as I remember, you connected a school not so long time ago, with over 400 people over there into Internet, am I correct?

Ruba Aramouny: 18:27

Yes, that’s true. About two weeks ago, we connected a school in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Michał Domarecki: 18:35

So that’s a pure proof that you’re already working. You’re not saying or you’re not selling the dreams, you have a working product, and you’re building it to make it better and better. So, for us in Synapse Network that’s the pure proof that you are not just saying empty words, you’re doing what you promise. So, for me, that’s the most important thing, as everybody can say anything about what they will do, but not everybody can do it.

How important is a team for project success?

Anita Mlakar: 19:07

Yes, it’s true. How important is the team when you are deciding to be someone’s advisor? Or investing in the firm or something. How important is the team and the people in it?

Michał Domarecki: 19:21

Well, the team definitely is the proof to show that there are certain people to do certain things. So, a team is very important because before you build something you can show to investors, to venture capitals or to partners, that you have a capability to do certain things. So, as you have, please correct me if I’m wrong, over 100 employees already, that mean, you have a capability to do stuff.

3air IDO on Synapse Network:

Anita Mlakar: 19:54

Okay, that there are good criteria thank you for sharing them with us. Now let’s just talk a little bit about 3air IDO on Synapse to give the audience a background, what goes into preparing an IDO.

Michał Domarecki: 20:10

So, there is a couple of things of course, forgetting about the due diligence process that is actually happening before we even decide to work with certain projects, going straight to the IDO. You attend an AMA on Synapse Network, to explain to our community, to our users, what you’re actually doing, why it’s you? not any other to join. There is a few marketing things that we are already doing. But this is something that cash our marketing experts should say, not me. That’s not something I preparing by myself. So, at Synapse Network we work as a team, it’s not built single person.

Anita Mlakar: 21:07

Yes, of course. And again, we are back to team in every company, in every network team is very important. So yes.

Michał Domarecki: 21:14

Exactly.

Anita Mlakar: 21:15

Yeah. So how did the 3air IDO go in your opinion?

Michał Domarecki: 21:20

It goes quite good. At the moment, as we can see on the charts, the market is very tricky. And well, everybody is scared about what’s going to happen in the future. But compare to other sales that’s going on the platform, it was pretty good.

Challenges in identifying active users in a community:

Anita Mlakar: 21:41

Okay, now reading and following some of your interviews. This is from one of them. You have a system to manage and quantify community interactions on Twitter, in order to learn about our community preferences, while identifying our most active users. How does that work?

Michał Domarecki: 22:01

It’s actually still under development as we are trying to fight with bots that you can see on the Twitter, that’s actually the biggest nightmare over there as most of the accounts, especially if you have a launch pad account, if you asking people to follow you, to join to be able to get into the sales. That’s a massive problem because a lot of those accounts following/liking are fake. So, at the moment, we are trying to find a best solution to fight with them. So, it’s still under development.

Anita Mlakar: 22:46

Yeah, but will be a very important thing for everybody.

Ruba Aramouny: 22:53

Does that mean just to give some context, when you start a sale, do you ask people to complete certain tasks, liking and following on Twitter to get whitelisted.

Michał Domarecki: 23:09

Yes. So, if we go into that, we have like a two pools for our users. So, one is for the token stakers. So, we have a guaranteed allocations for everybody who is already in our community. But apart from that, there is a part for everybody, every single person can join. And we asking to do certain tasks, for example, like and follow-on Twitter, join our Telegram, your Telegram, of course, as a project. So yes, this is how it work.

Ruba Aramouny: 23:53

I can also speak to how difficult it is to go through the bots because every time we do certain things like a giveaway, drop your questions in the comments. Even sometimes, when you put the hashtag giveaway on it, it’s full of bots. So, you want the real quick questions, but you just have so many bad questions. I think for one of this we had to go through 24,000. But actions just to find the like the real human beings is difficult.

Michał Domarecki: 24:29

It’s also similar on Telegram that’s as well, something we trying to fight with but it’s very difficult.

Ruba Aramouny: 24:39

Yeah.

Michał Domarecki: 24:40

So, before, it was end of 2021 when we were in the market. A lot of users said that it’s hard to join whitelisting campaign because of the amount of bots that joining there. So, we was already able to fight with them, probably not with all of them, but most to make sure we are dealing real people not with bots.

Ruba Aramouny: 25:18

Interesting.

Michał Domarecki: 25:19

But I guess it’s still a long way to deal with them even Elon Musk was not able to get information from Twitter about how many bots are there. We are a bit smaller than Elon but maybe someday.

Sandi Bitenc: 25:39

I overheard a conversation while I was in Switzerland a few days ago. And there was a company that’s kind of trying to filter out the real information from the socials and Twitter in particular and give trading signals to traders. So, they were saying that they’ve done the research. And I think they came up with a number 48 or 49% are bots. So, yeah, Twitter is saying, I think up to 5%, then Elon Musk was saying no, it’s 20%. And they were saying, yeah, it’s at least double that.

Michał Domarecki: 26:26

If you try to check tools, saying about fake accounts, one of our users actually, in our community found very helpful tool to check fake accounts for Twitter users is over 50%. So that’s a lot. Of course, they are taking things like inactivity, like posting followers, etc. So, it’s not that they are 100% sure that certain account is a bot, more likely it’s acting like a bot. But from the other side, if we go for the accounts that, for example, are inactive for three or four months following the crypto space. As even from the biggest issue that happened, let’s call it an issue that happened four months ago, the Terra Luna crash, it’s already four months since that happened, so a lot of people lost a lot of money over there. So, they probably just left crypto for a while to take a deep breath and come back in next bullish market.

Sandi Bitenc: 27:44

But it’s also not only about bots, it’s also about paid people, right? So, there are a lot of agencies that have like armies of people that are just paid to go and write some. I wanted to work but it’s just reading through the stuff so. I don’t know if I should laugh or cry, but it’s for sure one of this.

Michał Domarecki: 28:10

Tough question. I know what you mean, there is a lot of accounts that were just trying to behave as a real person to get on a crypto related things.

Anita Mlakar: 28:31

Okay, I’m glad that Synapse is doing something about it in the right direction. And maybe just another question about the price system that you are planning to introduce or maybe you already had for the top members of Synapse Network.

Michał Domarecki: 28:52

The price system, I think you are talking about the one connected to Twitter, as it’s still under development, it doesn’t work, but we have the highest tier, top 20 stakers in of our token have access to a special group where we are closer to them. So, we are sharing more information they have NDA sites, so they have a much more information from company that let’s call it a standard community member. So, this is something that already working but following the Twitter as it’s still under development. The plan is for just a simple things maybe a jumper or a T-shirt. Depends on what people want to see from us. We are pretty flexible on that.

Ruba Aramouny: 29:53

Can you send us a package when they’re out?

Michał Domarecki: 29:57

Yes, sure.

Ruba Aramouny: 29:58

We can get Synapse Jumpers.

Michał Domarecki: 30:01

Sure.

Anita Mlakar: 30:03

Yes, absolutely. And we are still talking Ruba about our merchandise, right? And people would like to have a 3air shirt or something.

Ruba Aramouny: 30:13

Yes. It’s on the roadmap.

Michał Domarecki: 30:18

At moment you have more important things to do, for example, listing.

Sandi Bitenc: 30:22

Yeah, that’s the thing. So, it’s always something more important than to really do the T-shirts, but at one point we will make them.

Michał Domarecki: 30:32

That’s true. It’s always something.

What’s next at Synapse Network?

Anita Mlakar: 30:35

It’s always something. So, Michael, what’s next at Synapse?

Michał Domarecki: 30:42

So, at the moment, as we are in, I believe, in the middle of bear market, things going a bit slower than before, people are not as interested into investing six, nine months ago. So, in this particular moment, we’re doing a couple of things in the background. You can see more in our roadmap as we rebuild our roadmap to get into the bearish market. Things change in the space. So, we have to follow what people need what we want to do. So, we prepared few things as a service for users, for people who want to develop their tokens, etc. You’re gonna be able to see more if you follow us.

How to connect with Michal and upcoming events:

Anita Mlakar: 31:49

Okay, can you say something about upcoming events maybe? Or where can people find you?

Michał Domarecki: 31:57

We are accessible 24/7 probably on our Telegram but if you want to meet us in person, you can meet us, for example, in Amsterdam in two weeks’ time, three weeks’ time on that BTC conference. There was a conference two weeks ago in Warsaw in Poland, crypto expo where you will be able to find us as well. And for future events we gonna be probably few more out of the moment hard to say which one. Actually, you just use a just remind something. We have a confirmation that our CTO, Wojciech will be a speaker in November in Dubai. So, feel free to join the event.

Anita Mlakar: 32:52

Okay, another reason to go to Dubai.

Sandi Bitenc: 32:55

Which event?

Anita Mlakar: 33:03

Sandi, you will be there, right?

Michał Domarecki: 33:04

It’s a Middle is blockchain forum, 17th and 18th of November. I’ll drop you a link to it.

Sandi Bitenc: 33:16

I don’t know about it yet but there will be like tons of crypto events coming up right now in Dubai. But there is an event in Malta in the AIBC Malta that we would like to go to and that one is also middle of November, but I think it’s finished by then. Hopefully, we will be there would be great to meet in person.

Michał Domarecki: 33:42

Great, please drop me the link maybe we are able to join in as well.

Sandi Bitenc: 33:48

You know, on the AIBC. Yeah, I’ll connect you to the AIBC guys.

Michał Domarecki: 33:51

Great. Thank you.

Anita Mlakar: 33:53

Okay, and my next question is what is next for Michael? Can that be separated from Synapse, Michael or is it everything combined and connected.

Michał Domarecki: 34:07

I think it’s everything connected to Synapse Network. The company we wanted to build, the things we are doing is something we want to do, we like to do. So even if that’s the most important thing to do something you want to and you like to, to make the world be something that you already enjoy doing. Not something you have to do.

Anita Mlakar: 34:30

Yeah, Sandi’s saying yes.

Sandi Bitenc: 34:34

Absolutely. So, it makes it easier to go through life. Probably although you do work more kind of, I think so.

Michał Domarecki: 34:45

I’m afraid the bad part of that is that sometimes you working like 16-20 hours a day for 6-7-8 days straight. And then your family, when you coming back home just checking if you’re still living there or just came to sleep.

Anita Mlakar: 35:07

Maybe, what are other things that Michael does? So, what you love doing?

Michał Domarecki: 35:13

What I love doing? Privately, I start to play golf. It’s probably something that you’re trying to do a sport but you’re too old to actually do something bigger. So, there we are.

Anita Mlakar: 35:33

Golf is the right thing, right?

Michał Domarecki: 35:34

Well, yes, you don’t need to run around. I grow fats in COVID just you know, to kill it. When we have to stay in home, instead of drawing muscles, I grow fats. Now, it’s something I have to fight with.

Sandi Bitenc: 35:54

There are some good golf courses in Dubai. So, if you visit Dubai, you should also go and try and make some holes there.

Michał Domarecki: 36:02

Maybe I will try but probably there is gonna be not enough time, when you come in for just a few days, try to meet as many people as possible, to attend to as many meetups, conferences and all.

Sandi Bitenc: 36:17

Then you just have a meet on the golf course.

Michał Domarecki: 36:22

That’s actually something I need to discuss with my team. That’s a good idea.

Ruba Aramouny: 36:27

Isn’t that the real reason why people play golf is to go and meet on the golf course.

Michał Domarecki: 36:33

Well, to be honest you have a lot of time to speak with people during the game. So yeah. I have to change meetups with our projects we speaking instead of going online, please come here. Let’s play. That’s a good idea.

Anita Mlakar: 36:53

So, we have a meeting coming up on golf course if I understood that correctly in Dubai, right?

Michał Domarecki: 36:59

Yes, November 18th.

Anita Mlakar: 37:01

Where the sun always shines, you know?

Michał Domarecki: 37:04

Exactly.

Anita Mlakar: 37:06

Okay. It was really nice having you here today. We are happy that you have taken some of your precious time to be with us.

Michał Domarecki: 37:14

Thank you very much for having me.

Anita Mlakar: 37:16

It was really nice conversation, we found out so many interesting things. So, thank you. Thank you for being with us. Is there something else if you would like to ask?

Ruba Aramouny: 37:28

Maybe we should just say where people can find Michael, on Twitter.

Michał Domarecki: 37:38

Yes. Probably the best way is to find me on Twitter. I have access only to a private chat, @0xQduaty. Thank you very much.

Anita Mlakar: 37:58

Michael is also on LinkedIn.

Michał Domarecki: 38:01

You can find me there as well. Yes. Okay. So once again, thank you very much for having me. Good luck with tomorrow.

Anita Mlakar: 38:09

Thank you!

Michał Domarecki: 38:10

Make sure you are not checking everything another 200 times, it will just kill your mind.

Ruba Aramouny: 38:17

We will probably do that.

Michał Domarecki: 38:18

We tried that.

Anita Mlakar: 38:21

Thank you very much.

Michał Domarecki: 38:22

Thank you very much.

Anita Mlakar: 38:23

Looking forward to your advices. Okay?

Michał Domarecki: 38:26

Of course. Thank you. Bye.

Michał Domarecki: 38:29

Bye.

Sandi Bitenc: 38:30

Bye

Ruba Aramouny: 38:31

Bye, take care.

Anita Mlakar: 38:32

Now who else plays golf? Sandi, you play golf?

Sandi Bitenc: 38:36

No, but I like to drive in the golf cart.

Anita Mlakar: 38:41

Oh yeah. I do too.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 38:44

So, you’re doing preparations.

Anita Mlakar: 38:47

So, you know, some people play golf to walk as much as they can., they say that they’re doing kilometers of walking and you’re just running around if you’re on the golf course, right? With a car.

Sandi Bitenc: 39:00

It’s nice for that. A friend of mine in Dubai actually they have it at home and they use it to drive to the shop, to the market.

Anita Mlakar: 39:15

Wow.

Ruba Aramouny: 39:19

Why not?

Sandi Bitenc: 39:21

They live by the golf course. And that’s why they have all those, everyone’s driving around with the golf carts there, but they don’t play golf. They’re just beside it.

Ruba Aramouny: 39:32

It’s so funny.

Anita Mlakar: 39:34

Maybe we should try selling that here in Slovenia.

Sandi Bitenc: 39:38

But it’s really good if you go to the market and you need to have all the bags and everything. It really fits well in the golf cart. I’m telling you, it’s perfect.

Anita Mlakar: 39:50

You’re an expert. Oh my god. That’s great.

Ruba Aramouny: 39:56

The European gen is E-bikes. Now everyone is on their E-bike.

Sandi Bitenc: 40:02

E-bikes, where do you put it? Where do you put your stuff in your E-Bike.

Ruba Aramouny: 40:07

You have baskets and things in the back and then the front.

Anita Mlakar: 40:15

And you buy less which is good, you know?

Sandi Bitenc: 40:19

Yeah, that’s unfortunately not Dubai style.

Anita Mlakar: 40:25

Not women’s style either but you know, we want to ride the bike, we want to buy stuff, so we have to find something in between. I am just joking. Okay. And now we have a big date tomorrow. Let’s just say a little bit about this, Rok already said that everything is prepared. Rok is still everything under control after a half an hour.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 40:46

Yeah, of course. I mean, I’m hoping, as Michael said, it’s not good to check it 200 times so I check it once and I’ll say everything is okay. That’s it. I don’t care.

Anita Mlakar: 40:56

That was a good advice actually.

Ruba Aramouny: 41:01

So, we hear you Yeah. Oh, yeah.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 41:03

Everything is still okay. At least I hope so. So yeah. We are ready for tomorrow.

Updates about Launch:

Sandi Bitenc: 41:18

Yeah, no real changes. It was a bit of a tense weekend. So, we had quite a lot of extensive talks with exchanges and so on and you know, it was ups and downs and trying to negotiate prices because listing prices I’m telling you are crazy right now they charge you, what they say an arm and a leg for it and it’s just not something that you can expect to get back it’s impossible in this market. So, we were really doing a lot of discussions and ups and downs and in the end, we just decided it’s not the right market to go for the biggest exchanges for tier one exchanges. So, we decided for a mid-tier exchange. So MEXC is the one that we will be launching off tomorrow. The launch is at 10am UTC. That’s 12pm CET, So Central Europe time. Probably UTC is just the best to calculate into your time zone and yes, we just decided that although we got approved by a lot of tier one exchanges, just not to take on that those offers right now and once the market starts picking up, then we’ll utilize that.

Anita Mlakar: 42:42

Okay, Ruba.

Ruba Aramouny: 42:47

Yes. So, everything’s good, announcements and making sure that everything works because around MEXC launch also competition that’s going to go on so you we will post that in our announcements through which you can sign up to MEXC if you haven’t signed up yet. Create Your Account also participate in the mining competitions. That will be posted also on the announcement channel. And then you can take part in that too. And we also are launching on a DEX.

Sandi Bitenc: 43:33

You mean trading competition?

Ruba Aramouny: 43:36

Yes, it said in the text mining competition, but I also think it’s trading competition. Trade mining competition.

Sandi Bitenc: 43:56

So, the PancakeSwap is coming a few minutes after at the MEXC listing. Just because yeah, it’s better to do the price discovery on a centralized exchange just to prevent sniping bots and some manipulations. There are so many bots on the decentralized exchanges. So, we’ll just do the first price discovery on the centralized exchange, then we’ll provide liquidity to the DEXs and it’s going to be a few minutes afterwards maybe 5-10, maximum 15 minutes after MEXC launch and in the meantime, you can always go to app.3air.io. You can claim your tokens and then you can send it over to MEXC. Or you can wait for the PancakeSwap that it starts.

Ruba Aramouny: 45:10

So, I’ve been getting some questions from people asking where can they buy right now?

Sandi Bitenc: 45:17

Right now, the only way to buy before the token launch is actually still on Solv Finance. There is a voucher out and you can buy it from their marketplace. So, Solv Finance. Pretty sure Ruba is already working on having it ready written out on screen. So, there are quite a lot of vouchers there, just find the 3air voucher, it’s only one so you cannot get the wrong one. So, you buy there and once you get rested, so also the tokens there are invested, you’ll get them into your wallet. But you can still buy it there for the IDO price or for the pre-sale price.

Ruba Aramouny: 46:06

Yep. Until tomorrow.

Sandi Bitenc: 46:08

Yes.

3air community is growing

Anita Mlakar: 46:10

Okay. Dear community, if you have any questions, now is the time to ask them and to get the answers but while we’re talking about community, I noticed Ruba that our community is really growing on Telegram.

Ruba Aramouny: 46:29

Really, thanks to all of the work that has been put in over the last few weeks. So last week, KEY has a great team of people who are organizing a lot of things for 3air. We’ve had Sandi appear on a lot of AMAs. Every time after an AMA appearance or podcasts appearance, huge people joining, who are discovering 3air. And every time there was the IDO sale on Synapse have brought a lot of people in, we have an ongoing gleam competition. That is also bringing people in and yeah, today, especially listing announcement, so the centralized exchange listing announcement, we had an influx of people, which I think will continue until tomorrow. So, it’s very exciting. Very cool to see so much interest for 3air. And I think what people appreciate is that, even though it’s a bear market, and it’s tough, and a lot of people have exited the market for now and are just waiting it out until they see what happens. 3air is a project that has real world utility that is there to stay around. And that will survive any type of bad market conditions just because it has a real business model that works. It’s not just another mean coin. So, I think that’s also the big reason why we’re seeing so many people join the community right now.

How to Claim and Stake 3air tokens:

Anita Mlakar: 48:11

Okay, so Rok, what will be happening tomorrow, what are you expecting?

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 48:18

From the technical side, we’re planning to do everything before. So, it happens as little as possible from our side so there are no problems. But mostly we will update to our app. So, the users will have an option to, I mean, they already have an option for claiming so this already implemented, but what we will enable is the staking where the users can like directly to go and stake their tokens. And what we’re also going to do is enable the swap directly from our side, like, as soon as we provide liquidity to the Bank Swap. So, I’m guessing like 10 or 15 minutes after MEXC launch, we will also have swap ready on our side and of course, we need to provide the liquidity to the PancakeSwap, it won’t happen automatically. So, this is also what we have to do right at launch then like least one of the time intensive parts. But other than that, like most of things are already done from our side. As I said, we already deployed everything on chain, we already set everything up. We connected the contracts, we did everything. So, it’s mostly just like making sure that everything is correct and being ready.

Tokenomics distribution:

Anita Mlakar: 49:34

Okay, we have a question. Can you explain how is your tokenomics distribution? How many tokens will be minted and how many tokens will be locked by the team?

Sandi Bitenc: 49:48

So, we have minted 830 million tokens. So, it’s some might think it’s big number but for crypto project it’s actually a really low number. So, 830 million tokens will be in existence ever. So, there will never be more tokens. Rok can probably talk how he prevented additional minting of tokens ever. And the distribution, probably it’s best that you go to docs.3air.io, there is a tokenomics section, you will see the exact distribution there. But the team actually took something around 8% of the tokens a bit more than 8% of the tokens and we are all vested heavily. So, we are the heaviest vested. So, we’re not getting any tokens at all for a year. And then after a year, we need another year to actually get our tokens vested in full.

Expectations from Launch:

Anita Mlakar: 50:58

Sandi, what are you expecting tomorrow?

Sandi Bitenc: 51:05

So, first of all, it’s really hard to talk about prices. It’s a legal issue. So, I will not talk about that, unfortunately. I know that everyone wants to know how much will do but the thing is, nobody really knows, it is a bad market, I can tell you that. I’ve spoken with a lot of people that are in the space for a long time. It’s also not the first token launch that I’m participating in. And if we would have a really a bull market right now, we would be looking to have a, as we have designed the tokenomics and everything and all the community that’s coming in, we would really have a crazy good launch, I think but right now, nobody really knows. We don’t even know how the market will react to today’s FED meeting. And the rate hikes so you don’t know how that will be. And right now, is uncertain. I’m so hoping it will be quite a nice launch. And I am confident that it will be one of the best launches in the bear market. So, let’s see how it goes.

Anita Mlakar: 52:28

Nice. Thank you. Ruba, are you expecting any special questions tomorrow or something going on? From your side of field?

Ruba Aramouny: 52:39

Yes, so we have to prepare our community managers and our community. For example, there can be no price talk in our official channels. So that’s something that have to change. I mean, it can’t happen in our official channel, like Sandi just said, for legal reasons. And there will probably be a lot of questions about how to stake tokens, how to unlock tokens. We’re already getting it in the channel now. Where can I find my tokens, I bought a while ago. So yeah, we’re preparing the team for all these types of questions to offer the most support to our community and guide them in the right directions.

Anita Mlakar: 53:25

Okay, so we are ready for tomorrow. That is the conclusion today, right?

How to stake tokens (Guide):

Sandi Bitenc: 53:32

Yeah, as we are getting the questions in for staking, Rok can maybe just tell us how it’s implemented. Because I think that a few hours ago, he deployed all the things, and he has the firsthand info on that.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 53:53

Depending the staking, as soon as we have everything up, or maybe we’ll even do it before we still need to decide but there will only appear a staking tab on the app. So, you will have two options how to stake it, you will either directly stake it from the claim page that is already available because it has two buttons claim and stake. Or you’ll just go to the staking tab, of course, you’ll need some 3air in your wallet, which you can get from claiming or you can get it from exchange, or you can get it from DEX it doesn’t really matter. And then the stake, it will be like for staking really simple. You just input the number of 3air you want to stake, and you’ll be able to just like stake it. So just like entered the number of 3air. When you’re doing it for the first time you will need also to make an approval, you need to press like approve 3air, community people already know it but some people that are new to crypto are still getting used to it.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 54:56

So, if you want to allow an app to actually use your tokens to actually stake them or anything you need to approve it first. Some people are scared of it at first, because it’s just like you’re giving this site permission to use all of your money or something like this. So, you need to approve 3air and after the approve, you just press Stake, pay a little bit of GAS fee. So of course, you need some small amount of BNB in the wallet to do it, like 0.01 or something like it just have something in it to pay the GAS fee. And this is kind of it, and you have it staked. And by our economics and everything, the first rewards will be distributed like, one month, and one week after the launch, I think it will be on 29th of October, I think. So yeah, this is kind of it, you just take, and you get the first distribution and then everyone can just take their tokens out or re-stake them or it depends on the user, like whatever he wants to do with these tokens.

Anita Mlakar: 56:07

Okay, Richard is writing, great and make a short video out of it and put it on Telegram.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 56:19

Staking procedure, I mean, it’s not a bad idea for new people to just like, see how it goes. So, they are guided through it.

Sandi Bitenc: 56:29

Yeah, that would work. Although it should be really straightforward. So, I think even one screenshot is going to be, it’s one tab. And it’s the interface where you can put in a number 3air you want to stake and then their stake button. So, you just put in the number of tokens, click stake, and then you’ll need to approve the transaction and that’s it.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 56:59

It’s a two-minute procedure or if you already have 3air in wallet, it’s even simpler.

Sandi Bitenc: 57:06

I think if you’re able to have your 3air in your wallet, you know, with Meta Mask, or whatever wallet is connected through Wallet Connect, you will know how to stake that’s for sure. So, it’s really simple. So, if you if you’re at the level that you know how to get the 3air tokens in your wallet, you should be good with staking.

Ruba Aramouny: 57:35

Another thing that people asked a few times in the group already, if they will get charged any fees, if they need to have anything in their wallet to claim tokens?

Sandi Bitenc: 57:54

We need to have a minimum amount of BNB. So, the same as Rok explained for staking. Yes. So, you’ll need to be able to find a transaction. But we are not charging any fee from our side. This is a fee that Binance Smart Chain charges for a simple transaction and it’s below $1. It’s actually even below one cent, usually,

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 58:19

It’s cent or maybe two, it’s in a matter of cents, it’s not even close to $1 and not even close to half $1.

Will bought tokens appear in the wallet, in a vesting group box?

Anita Mlakar: 58:31

Okay, there is another question, how will bought tokens appear in the wallet? in a vesting group box?

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 58:42

In the wallet this will appear as like any other token, you just like import it into Meta Mask you like have a token address, you press “Import token” you put in the token address, and it will like to appear there. It won’t be in a box because in the box, there are only tokens that are vested. So, the tokens in your wallet that you buy to an exchange or a swap or like directly usable, they’re in your wallet, you can transfer them and everything so they will just appear in the wallet as balance.

Sandi Bitenc: 59:12

Do we have a button in our app that adds it automatically to Meta Mask?

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 59:20

I think we don’t have it but yeah, we should definitely add it. It’s not possible on all wallets but I think Meta Mask supports it. So, I think we should add this.

Sandi Bitenc: 59:29

Yeah, maybe we can have this in the user manual or something like that.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 59:35

Yeah.

3air is here for the long term:

Anita Mlakar: 59:37

Okay, Richard said sorry, I meant the 3air app. Okay. There is a comment. Maybe we should just comment it. Leon already explained it in the comment, but let’s still see it. The core team will dump most of their tokens the very moment of launch on poor investors just like many other pump and dump projects. Just saying.

Sandi Bitenc: 1:00:04

So, first of all, we don’t have any tokens. Rok, do you hold any tokens?

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 1:00:09

No.

Sandi Bitenc: 1:00:10

Who hold any tokens? The team doesn’t hold any tokens. So, we don’t get any tokens, like zero tokens for a year, nothing. So, we cannot dump anything.

Rok Mihailović Krpan: 1:00:26

Of course, investors can’t see it. It’s not like we’re on the blockchain where everything is transparent, right? I mean, you can go into an explorer and actually check how many tokens can we get? Like, you actually see the vesting. I mean, the contract is published, of course, on the chain. It’s published on the BSC. So of course, you can just like go and actually check which vesting we added and which releases there are and how many tokens anybody will get.

Sandi Bitenc: 1:00:55

Yeah, exactly. And just saying, right, so and we, for sure, we were working on the project and the technology for 10 years, and then really intensively for two years now, building out everything, and now we’ll just dump everything and go away or something like that. It really makes sense.

Anita Mlakar: 1:01:15

But it’s really good that we are reacting to such comments and explaining, Leon already explained it in the comment, but still, thank you for your explanation.

Sandi Bitenc: 1:01:26

I can understand. So of course, there are a lot of projects that do that, and probably the person commenting has had some bad experience in the past. But here, I can guarantee that the team for sure not dump anything, because they can’t, nobody has the tokens to dump at all.

Ruba Aramouny: 1:01:48

So, we’re gonna be on an AMA next week again so.

Anita Mlakar: 1:01:55

So, I hope you are satisfied with the answers and the explanation. And thank you still for commenting. Okay. Let’s just make all the best wishes, and wishing everybody, everything great tomorrow, for the end of this AMA. We’re all looking forward to that moment when it starts. And I think that sooner or later, we will have to get together also the team to celebrate a little or to have an opportunity to be live together. I’m really looking forward to that. And this moment, congratulating for everything, what has happened till now and let’s move on to other goals and that will be great.

Sandi Bitenc: 1:02:47

Yeah, definitely, we need to do that. But also, we need to really remember that this is a big milestone. This is something that we’ve been working towards for sure but it’s not the end goal. So, it’s not that things stop now. We actually also need to still develop, we need to expand, we need to go into other countries, we need to still develop some tech and so on. So, it’s just a milestone, something on the road to where we’re going, but our future development and plans are really big, and it will still take some time to get to them. But I’m really happy with did this. And we are now at this stage. Putting this behind us and just can focus 100% on new tasks. And I’m really happy we been doing this video, everyone that I’ve been working a main really amazing team so thanks everyone. It is a pleasure not it was because that means like it’s over. It was mean before and I know it will be in the future also.

Anita Mlakar: 1:04:01

Don’t make us cry now.

Ruba Aramouny: 1:04:03

Yeah, really is getting emotional.

Anita Mlakar: 1:04:08

And this is a part of a journey really enjoying and liking this. And I see that everybody wishes us. Great day tomorrow, see us in the chat. And looking forward to launching. Thank you, all of you for being with us. Thank you, Sandi, Ruba, Rok, Leon is with us. And thank you everybody who was participating in this AMA live. And we’ll maybe look at this AMA some other time. So, guys, wish you all the best to all of us.

Sandi Bitenc: 1:04:43

Yes, see you next week.

Ruba Aramouny: 1:04:45

See you next week.

Anita Mlakar: 1:04:47

Bye

Sandi Bitenc: 1:04:48

Bye.
